The Radburn Institute's Senior Researcher identification garment is reproduced from its early personnel-issue apparel. Intended to distinguish senior scientific staff from ordinary researchers, visiting personnel, and any friends nosy enough to question your use of certain compounds.
No credentials are required to purchase this garment. Whether that entitles you to supervise anyone is a separate matter.
GARMENT SPECIFICATIONS
Gildan Softstyle 64000 unisex T-shirt.
Lightweight, ring-spun cotton fabric: 153 g/m² (4.5 oz/yd²).
Classic fit with crew neckline.
Ribbed collar, taped shoulders and tear-away label.
FIBRE COMPOSITION
Solid colours: 100% cotton.
Sport Grey and Antique colours: 90% cotton, 10% polyester.
Heather colours: 35% cotton, 65% polyester.
Graphite Heather: 50% cotton, 50% polyester.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) or below, inside out, with similar colours.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry on low heat or air dry.
Iron on low heat, inside out. Do not iron directly over the printed artwork.
Do not dry clean.
Repeated laundering may produce signs of ordinary human activity. This is not considered a research anomaly.
