Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

All Radburn Institute merchandise is produced on demand. Each garment is manufactured and printed specifically in response to an individual customer order. We do not maintain conventional retail inventory from which returned merchandise can simply be restocked and resold.

For that reason, all sales are final except for merchandise that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the item ordered.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection;
  • Preference as to fit, color, style, or fabric;
  • Change of mind;
  • Ordering the wrong item or variant;
  • Minor variations inherent in the print-on-demand production process; or
  • Other reasons unrelated to a defect, damage, manufacturing error, or fulfillment error.

Please review the product description, photographs, available color options, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Merchandise

If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or is materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at radburninstitute@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the affected item and the defect, damage, or error.

Once the issue has been verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy, ordinarily a replacement of the affected item at no additional charge or, where appropriate, a refund.

We may request additional photographs, information, or return of the affected merchandise as reasonably necessary to evaluate and resolve the claim.

Do not return or ship merchandise to us unless you have received return instructions from us.

Authorized Returns

If we determine that merchandise must be returned in connection with an approved claim, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Do not send merchandise to an address appearing on a shipping label or package without first receiving return authorization.

For an approved claim involving defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise, Radburn Institute will be responsible for any return shipping that we require.

Print-on-Demand Variations

Print-on-demand manufacturing involves individual production rather than mass production from a single finished inventory. As a result, minor variations may occur between products or production runs, including slight differences in print placement, dimensions, color appearance, or other production characteristics.

Reasonable manufacturing variations that do not materially affect the product are not considered defects.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If you have not received an approved refund within a reasonable period after receiving confirmation from us, please contact us at radburninstitute@gmail.com.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

We are not responsible for replacement or refund costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied by the customer.

Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
