SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PRODUCTION
Radburn Institute merchandise is produced on demand. Products are manufactured and printed after an order is placed rather than shipped from conventional retail inventory.
Because each item must be produced before shipment, orders are subject to a production period in addition to carrier transit time.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Any production, shipping, or delivery time displayed on our website, during checkout, in an order confirmation, or in other communications is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Production and delivery times may vary due to order volume, product availability, production requirements, carrier operations, weather, holidays, supply interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for carrier or production delays outside our reasonable control.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has shipped. Tracking information may take time to become active after a shipping label is created.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Products in the same order may be produced or fulfilled separately. As a result, an order containing multiple items may arrive in more than one package and on different dates.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, we may be unable to change or correct the shipping address.
Radburn Institute is not responsible for replacement, reshipment, or refund costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.
UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient, additional shipping or production charges may be required before the merchandise can be sent again.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, or if a shipment appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at radburninstitute@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate the matter.
If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Claims concerning damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise must be made within 30 days of delivery.
DELIVERY AFTER SHIPMENT
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and circumstances that may be outside Radburn Institute’s control. We will provide reasonable assistance with legitimate shipping problems, but we cannot guarantee carrier performance or specific delivery dates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Availability of international shipping, if any, is determined by the destinations offered at checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or other governmental authorities. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
International delivery times may also be affected by customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.
APPLICABLE LAW
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
