This website is operated by Radburn Institute. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Radburn Institute.

   Our merchandise is generally produced on demand. Products displayed on the website may be modified, discontinued, or become unavailable at any time.
   We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.
   If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.

   We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, the appearance of colors and other visual characteristics may vary depending on your device, display settings, photography, lighting, and manufacturing process.
   Because merchandise is produced individually through print-on-demand manufacturing, reasonable variations may occur between products or production runs, including slight variations in print placement, dimensions, color, or other production characteristics.
   Such reasonable variations are not considered defects.
4. SIZING
   Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information and selecting the desired size before placing an order.
   Differences between brands, garment styles, or individual preferences regarding fit do not constitute product defects.
   Our policies concerning incorrect size selection, exchanges, defects, and refunds are set forth in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
5. ORDERS AND BILLING INFORMATION
   You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information for orders placed through our store.
   You are responsible for reviewing your order before submitting it, including the product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and other selected options.
   Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute our acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
6. PRICES AND ERRORS
   Prices are subject to change without notice.
   We attempt to ensure that product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, and other information are accurate. However, typographical, technical, pricing, or other errors may occasionally occur.
   We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
   Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
   Production and delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, supply interruptions, production delays, and incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
   Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

8. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
   Because our merchandise is produced on demand, all sales are final except for merchandise that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the item ordered, subject to applicable law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its contents—including designs, artwork, illustrations, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, text, fictional documents, fictional archival materials, names, and other original content—are owned by or licensed to Radburn Institute and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
   You may access and use the website for your personal, noncommercial use.
   You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, republish, or create unauthorized derivative works from our protected content without permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.
10. FICTION, PARODY, AND CREATIVE CONTENT
    Radburn Institute is a fictional institution. Products and archival materials presented on this site are works of fiction, parody, and creative design.
    Historical-looking photographs, documents, advertisements, studies, programs, correspondence, scientific materials, institutional records, events, and similar content presented as part of the Radburn Institute narrative may be fictional, altered, or created for artistic, parodic, satirical, or entertainment purposes.
